History
Hambrook
The beautiful early 19th century barn has been used for a number of reasons over the years, but was mainly used as a malt house by George’s Brewery. The malt was dried using open fires on the first floor – one of many of the stunning, striking original features you will notice when you walk in, along with the exposed brickwork and wooden beams.
The White Horse Barn is situated in the gardens of the pub, an old malt house nestled in the surrounding woodlands of Hambrook.
We are home to many weddings and events – birthdays, engagements, baby or bridal showers, we welcome all celebrations!
The capacity for our beautiful barn for a party setting is 70 standing, however if your numbers did exceed this we can hire a marquee for our lawn at an additional cost.
